Using Annotations In Your Graphs

What Are Annotations?

Annotations allow you to add notes to your graphs to track important events in your pet’s health and care. These notes appear directly on Quality of Life (QOL), Daily Ratings, and Weight charts, helping you see trends and understand how different factors may be impacting your pet’s well-being.

For example, you might add an annotation for:

  • "Started New Medication" – to track how treatment affects your pet’s condition.
  • "Changed to Prescription Dog Food" – to monitor dietary impacts.
  • "Surgery on Feb 10th" – to compare post-surgery progress over time.

Where Do Annotations Appear?

  • QOL Graph – See how changes impact different assessment categories.
  • Daily Ratings Graph – Track how specific events affect day-to-day well-being.
  • Weight Graph – Mark diet changes, illnesses, or other factors that may influence weight.

Annotations are represented as small markers on the graph, and hovering over them reveals the details you entered.
