How do I cancel my Hospet Premium account?
We understand that needs change, and while we’re sad to see you go, we’ve made it easy to cancel your Hospet Premium subscription at any time. Here’s how you can do it:
Steps to Cancel Your Subscription
- Log in to your account at my.hospet.app.
- Go to your Billing Settings by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner and then clicking "Billing"
Select "Cancel plan" and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
What Happens After Cancellation?
- Your Premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- After your subscription ends, your account will automatically switch to the free Hospet plan. You’ll still have access to your past assessments and data, but Premium-only features (such as unlimited history and customized Daily Ratings) will be restricted.
- You won’t be charged again unless you choose to resubscribe in the future.
